2. Catch our Watch & Learn series of videos on Facebook and Instagram. There, you can like, share, and comment to enter our 5 Days of Giveaways (Giveaways valued at nearly $6,000). Our Watch & Learn series highlights our favorite products/treatments, addresses commonly asked questions and helps guide you in determining which products and treatments are right for you.

3. Visit our e-store starting at 8 AM on September 12th where this year you will be able to fully process payment for your order. Patients who have registered prior to Sunday will receive an email on Sunday, September 11th with details.

4. Your registration gift and any products purchased (barring backorders) will be mailed to your doorstep by September 30th.

You will earn credit for any Allergan or Galderma products purchased during our event. Credit will be given at the time of treatment for injectables. Credit for SkinMedica products will be given by October 30th. Alle and Aspire points can then be redeemed for discounts on future products and treatments.

Any product purchased during the event will be shipped directly to your door free of charge. All products (aside from backorders) will be received by September 30th. If you have not received your products by then – please give us a call at 417.887.3223 (FACE).

To ensure our staff is available to guide patients and process orders, we ask that you wait until Monday, September 19th to call to schedule your treatments.

All U Plan members will be scheduled for their treatments using historical appointments for reference or following a brief phone call. Treatment schedules will be mailed. Patients may shift appointment days and times 48 hours in advance by calling our office.

We strongly encourage our patients to schedule in-person consultations with our providers to develop a custom treatment plan.

Consultations to develop a plan are 30 minutes and free of charge. Your provider will listen to your goals and share their recommendation for which treatments and products will benefit you the most - and keep you within budget.

Can’t make it in? Our providers will be answering MyMercy messages and calls during the event to counsel patients. Call (417) 887-3223 (FACE) September 12-16 to speak with a provider!
